Alfie Hincks spent 30 years in the Merchant Navy within the Hotel services where he gained invaluable knowledge and experience within the maritime industry.  In 2004 he set up Seascope Maritime Training and has gone on to successfully build a leading maritime training establishment.

Alfie is not only the head of the company, ensuring smooth day to day operations of the business, but he is also the Principle Instructor delivering STCW training courses to students around the globe.
